Digestarom is used for ruminants to enhance the feed intake.  By an increase in feed intake, the tension in the rumen is increased which has a positive influence on the stomach-intestinal motoric.  Therefore, the animals have more nutrients and energy available.  This is indicated by higher  animal performance. In addition, the increase of rumen tension causes higher saliva secretion.  The economic benefit stems from better animal performance and uniformity of the herd.  Optimization is also achieved in herds performing at a higher level.
